Stoneware requires a paid subscription to access full functionality.

- Billing: Your subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored within the app. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.
All content, design, and code within Stoneware are the property of Claya LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claya LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or any other cause. We recommend maintaining regular device backups.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
